(i) To facilitate the creation and secure your account in our network; to identify you as a User in our system; to provide better administration of the Rindegastos Service; to to improve the quality of your experience when interacting with the Payout Service; to send you a welcome email to verify ownership of the email address you provided when your account was created; to send you administrative email notifications, such as notices security or support and maintenance; to respond to your questions related to employment opportunities or other applications; to send promotional communications; to provide you with printed or electronic newsletters or surveys; to send updates and special offers related to the Rindegastos Service and for other marketing purposes of Rindegastos or our As Companies omitted; and to, from time to time, make telephone calls to You, as part of fraud protection or to solicit your feedback.

Partner Companies will have access to your Personal Data only to perform these services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use such information for any other purpose.

Although we currently do not have a parent company, subsidiary companies, joint ventures, or other companies under common control (collectively, “related entities”), we may in the future. We may we share some or all of your Personal Data with these Related Entities, in which case we will require our related entities to honor this Privacy Policy.

Rindegastos may sell/assign/transfer the company (including company shares), or any combination of its products, services, goods and/or businesses. However, Rindegastos guarantees that it will not disclose any of your Personal Data, except in the cases mentioned in this Privacy Policy, while they are on the platform and only once you authorize their dissemination to the Client through the use of the Rindegastos Service, the latter may have access to it.The circumstance of the existence of Personal Data, which temporarily are hosted in the Rindegastos Service, owned by a registered user, does not enable the Client to request the diffusion and/or c knowledge of them.

Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, we do not sell, trade, trade, or rent Personal Data collected from our services to third parties. You expressly consent to the sharing of your Personal Data as described in this policy .

Rindegastos may, exclusively for promotional purposes, include the name and logo of the Corporate User within the list of clients who use our services. If you do not wish to be included in said list, please contact us at hello@rindegastos.com

You can change any of your Personal Data in your account by editing your profile within the registration phase of the Site or by sending an email to us at hello@rindegastos.com

You can ask us to delete your account information, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have met these requirements). We will respond to your access request within 30 days.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Rindegastos is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Data. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When entered sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Our Associated Companies may provide us with Personal Data, such as your name, email and address or your login credentials for the Associated Company's website or service, in order to help us establish the account or follow orders.
